Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, or grief that affects your day-to-day life, relationships, or ability to function?
Do you feel trapped, exhausted and overwhelmed by just getting through the day or the thought that there’s no light at the end of the tunnel?
Do you wonder if life could be better? Is the idea of making a change in your life appealing to you?
Maybe you're curious about discovering who you really are. Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious and uncertain about finding their place in life, overcoming difficult relationships, or moving past trauma. You don’t have to face these challenges alone, counselling can help you find clarity and healing.
I understand how tough it can feel to ask for assistance when you need it the most. I am happy to offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone appointment so I can learn more about you and understand better your reasons for seeking counselling. In this initial consultation, we can discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment. Feel free to give me a call. I would love to hear from you.
